The Utrecht Centre Project concerns the extensive restructuring of the Central Station and surrounding areas, among which an area where you find an integrated multiple storey shopping mall, offices, hotels and catering, the NS (Dutch Railway) area where you find a bus and train station, office buildings and other facilities. It also concerns the trade fair centre grounds with musical-, theater- and exhibition centers, offices, casino’s and leisure. Furthermore there are cinemas, unique performing art facilities (Vredenburg), apartments, parking facilities and a lot of bicycle sheds, all within this complex inner city area.
